I always return to this hotel for my stay in Tiberias. They helped me with a late departure. It has everything I need with Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hour reception, and a snack bar. Perfect for my city trips.

The location of the hotel was great, close to the marina and within a short walking distance to the bus station and Mamonides Tomb. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, recommending a restaurant and answering our questions. The hotel had free parking and a shared kitchen with free coffee, tea, and water available. the room had a fridge, which was convenient.

The room itself was small and the beds were uncomfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was subpar, with spiderwebs on the ceiling and the bedding not being clean.

Price of the hotel is reasonable. We arrived very early in the morning and were allowed to check-in already at a discounted rate. The location is really good and the free parking at the back of the hotel is very convenient. The cleaning staff accidentally picked up my souvenier towel from Jordan River but they tried to find it and gave it back to me upon check out.

The sheets were dirty when we checked-in but we just slept on them as we were very tired. The airconditioning level cannot be adjusted so you have to choose whether to have a really cold night or a noisy windy night with open windows. The wi-fi works only at the lobby.

Truly enjoyed Tiberias, the hotel was well priced in the city centre. We had twin room with central heating and multi-channel television. The location was excellent, around 10-15 minutes walk from Tomb of Maimonides.
